Comment by Joe K Fobes on December 12, 2010 at 7:18pm Maybe my criticism is misplaced. My reference is to the idea that you can use hypnotism to be more persuasive as a salesperson. On the whole, I believe that is a misuse of hypnotic techniques. If you yourself really and truly believe in the product or service that you are selling, shouldn't that be persuasive enough?
Should, shouldn't... There is no should, there are only results. If it's not enough in any given case, and a salesman wants better results, then how would that be a misuse of hypnotic techniques? Based on what criteria are use of hypnotic techniques defined as misuse or not misuse?

Comment by Graham Old on December 12, 2010 at 12:24am Why do you want to help people peddling dubious financial transactions and used cars? You are capable of so much more.
Bill, I can understand your frustration with the pre-launch emails. Judy just seems to be going through the pattern that lots of these folks use.
However, I have found Clean Language and the principles of Intelligent Influence to be very helpful both for me and my clients. So, I'm not sure your used car comparison is fair.
Intelligent Influence is actually good stuff. And no, I am not an affiliate. I purposefully did not sign-up, so that I can give an objective view on it.
