A couple of months ago a young man contacted me via my website. He wanted to hear if I could help him with hypnosis overcome his problem with nail-biting.

At first I was not sure how to answer him as I had not previously had any clients with that problem at my office however I decided that his problem was a problem like any other problem so yes, I felt sure I could help him so I told him that.

He needed to think it over so after having thought about it for some time he eventually booked a session. When he arrived at my office we talked about what would happen during the session and I explained to him what hypnosis is and what it is not.

I did the session with him and three weeks later I received an email from another young man who wanted to get a session to overcome his habit of biting nails. It appeared he was a referral from the first young man who had successfully stopped biting nails – after just one session.
You can view his testimonial here http://www.curo.net/testimo.htm

I should mention by the way that the other young man only received one session as well to stop his habit and like the first client he, too, stopped after just one session.

Then, that's good for you.
Trust me though - there are often times underlying issues that needs to be dealt with before the positive suggestions will work as our good colleague Howie Weiner can attest to.

Howie, I've been listening to a nail biting script I recorded for myself from John Cerbones script book, and I have stopped biting my nails and even tho they are short, have been receiving compliments from friends who have noticed my nails.

Hi Howie,

I have helped successfully helped two clients using regression therapy and then positive suggestions regarding their new way behaving.
I think that if you are to help your client you need to use regression therapy.

Best of luck to you,

Cathrine

Hi Cathrine,
Congrats on your success with your nail biting client. I presently have a nail biting client who I have seen for 5 weeks without success (I've helped her with other issues, so she continues to see me). Can you share with me your secret? Thanks so much!

Thank you both for the nice comments to my blog. I am starting to think myself that this is something that I should promote even more so I can focus on that business..
