the Free Hypnosis Social Network
Feel free to take a look at my new design and let me know what you think. The header graphic is a cropped watercolor I painted on New Year's.
The site is nowhere near actually finished yet; all that's up is the front page and no other pages, so the links don't do anything. It is, however, a step toward the right direction. ;)

Thank you, Michael and Kelley. Good suggestions and I will take them into consideration. I'm definitely still keeping everything open for change and editing. ;-)
Kelley, I understand what you're saying about the site having been hacked. I'm not looking for sympathy, but I AM looking for continuity for people who may be REvisiting my site and wonder why the change. I'm not going to leave the comment up for long; just long enough to provide that continuity for at least some people.

Comment by Kelley Woods on January 27, 2012 at 6:48pm Nice looking site, Joshua. I also like the colors and the feel of it. In addition to Michael's suggestion, I would also suggest you ditch the comment about being hacked. Are you looking for sympathy or clients?! Viewers looking for solutions don't really care about YOUR problems, they're on your site regarding their own problems.
Is your model a multi-session approach? Is there ever an issue that just one session will resolve? Describing the first session as just a "feel good" experience might intimate to some a waste of money. After all, they can have a beer and feel good, can't they? While we professionals understand that for many clients, ithe first session can be introductory, the general public may have different expectations so it's important to consider that.
The above is only my personal opinion and you are welcome to take it just as that! Overall, your site is appealing and reflective of you...a good thing!
Best wishes, Kelley

Comment by Bill Kennedy on January 27, 2012 at 12:24pm Didn't spend a lot of time there, but I like your color scheme. The "testimonial" is fun. The overall feel is welcoming.
