So I am a fairly ADD type person, not to overly identify with the label or anything like that, as I do know beliefs shape how we react and tend to things. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for NLP or hypnosis to help with learning.

I know things are a matter of beliefs and utilizing our brains to the fullest extent, but I could not find a good book or anything using hypnosis or NLP to utilize learning. So any book suggestions or techniques to super charge learning so I can learn more at a faster rate would be greatly appreciated.

I also have a cd of beta waves, as I am sure my problem with focusing is a surplus of theta waves. So anything involving suggestions with beta waves or quantum mechanics would also be cool.

Hello Adam West 86

I am a student of the Esoteric so bear with me here

In reading your emails on IBS and ADD, you have an answer in how beliefs are, in part, created .... from an array of events, sometimes called “a root cause”

In brief terms, from conception through the 7th year, in being unable to cognitize this array of events, each person will form ways in which they believe is Reality

In essence, the conscious mind can only process a minute amount of sensory information that is bombarding each of us {a magnitude of 93 bits conscious /1.64 million bits unconscious every second} more or less. Processing any of this is not possible during the early years and will be internally {and falsely} “explained” by new events

Consider , for now, each of us success at everything we do, magnificently

Unresolved emotional stuff can create a Reality of ADD, IBS, depression, et al

Why? Because we believe this is how we should respond {filters}

I call this “submerged histories integrating together” for short

nuff for now as this is probably more appropriate for a blog or private conversation,
{runs deep, easier to “fix” than explain in a short e mail}

duck - incoming e mails hitting the fan :-}

From my studies, including Time Line Therapy {Tad James}
