On Friday one of my students was having something interesting happen to her body and mind.  She was shaking  (hands and feel), panting, was flushed and was crying.  I did one round of EFT ("even though I can't stopp shaking") and then had her hit a pillow or "put that feeling in the pillow".  In this case, it appeared that feeling was emotions trying to get out and her trying to will them to stay in.  This caused the shaking, crying, flushing and panting.  She was completely fine in no less than 2 minutes.  Try either the EFT and/or having them put the feeling in a pillow by hitting the pillow WITH EMOTION and the same INTENSITY as they are feeling and you may find that this reaction to emotion doesn't last long.  Good luck.

Hi Bruce! I have been most successful in teaching my clients EFT for panic attacks.  If you haven't learned how to do it, do look into it because of course, we always want to be proficient in a modality before we teach it, don't we?
