As I write those words again, I remember again that life is about finding balance in the uneven flow of life.
With the greatest of intentions to be dilligent, dogged, and ON TRACK, my daughter and son-in-law needed me to watch the kids. I love my time with them, hungry for it in fact. I couldn't say no (and didn't really want to say "no".) But, it took time from work, blogging, and exercise.
Most of Tuesday's list got put over to Wednesday. Then my other daughter called and needed to drop my other grandson off for a couple of hours bc she needed to be at a meeting at work. I'd rather play and hangout than work, so I did.
But here it is Thursday (tomorrow). It feels like time to put "Nose to Grindstone."
I have really read and studied a wonderful book on Smoking Cessation this week though. Smoking Cessation has been my nemisis and I kept feeling like there were some pieces missing in my technique.
For those of you have been struggling with Smoking Cessation, this is THE book: "Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation-an NLP and Hypnotherapy Practitioners Manual" by David Botsford. It really goes through the details, step by step. It explains a lot about the smoking addiction. It is wonderfully conceptual and it tells the truth about smoking cessation. It's a really, really helpful book. If you're fuzzy about Smoking Cessation, it's work the price,.
So that feels like a valuable accomplisment.
Still dealing with the redesign and transfer of my website. Next step, editing pages as I've wanted to do for so long, and adding pictures and videos. I had the site designed using Word Press so that I can make changes myself. Next step also: learning how to use Word Press. I'm excited though.
Brochure almost ready for final check and payment. That will free me to begin to approach doctors, dentists and some other groups.
So I guess Life and I are starting to find ways to be in harmony and balance.
That's all for tonight.
Susan
