Project MK Ultra has a very disturbing history of mind control research
it is disturbing the ways Government use mind control, most of which we are unaware. I have become more conscious of it particularly since ten years ago I withdrew from TV, destroying my set before it destroyed me. My mood and long bouts (years) of depression left me immediately.

Unfortunately, lots of invasive stuff is clandestinely projected onto the unwary populace, yet.everyones depression can be lifted with proper eating, sleeping, exercise and self administered positivity. When we absorb unhealthy thoughts, feelings or substances we potentially and quite often do wreak havoc against our wellbeing. Key is avoiding any disturbing external infiltrations.
