the Free Hypnosis Social Network
I need a little resource help from my friends here today.... I have a very good friend who is having some heart issues... ( his A-tack defibulator mal functioned and fired of 6 times) and he has mentioned to me in our long conversations that his HMO wouldn't even provide him with psychological visits for him to work out some issues he is having. Lots of Anger..
I am a bit close to the situation.. and do not have a lot of psychology training for counseling for people facing end of life issues.
I am looking for a resource in the Long Beach area who would be willing to talk with him if he wants..
Ideas... thoughts etc are helpful here....
Please reply privately if you like or open discussion to help me help him work through the anger would be nice.

What else besides heart problems does your client have?
Heart issues are because of rejection and could go back as far as going back to past life, womb, and in life with family.
Most of the time it will be a family dna that will be carried over from 3 and 4 generations back. You have quite a good one to work with please let me know about the rest of all the disease or illnesses so I can give you a bigger picture.
This person will also need to rebalance his energy centres, needs to feel loved appriciated and love for himself. You will also find that the rejection is on many levels - and if you would send me his date of birth I would be able to tell you even more.
Hope to hear from you soon
You may email me as well but would be nice to share the problem as we go along.

Comment by Kelley Woods on January 3, 2011 at 7:29am Hi Richard,
Another wonderful resource is the work of Eknath Eswaran. I particularly love his book, Conquest of Mind.
The Thought for the Day is free on his site (he passed away in the 90's) and I love reading and absorbing them.
Best wishes,
Kelley
Comment by RevLindsay G. King on January 2, 2011 at 2:04pm Richard, perhaps you are already familiar with the work of Echart Tolle. IMO, he is a very wise and easy-to-understand writer. Feel free
to tell your friend about ET. Yes, I have been a life-long student of
psychology--the child of pneumatology--and I hope I am one who is always
open to new ideas.
I also hope that I am not boasting when I say that, for years--even before I read Tolle's books--The Power of Now and A New Earth--I feel I
have been teaching how important it is to know how to live in the NOW. I have been teaching his principles to individuals, and
groups of people, in need of help dealing with complex health problems. Such
problems include somatic, psychosomatic & what I call
pneuma-psychosomatic, or self-inflicted ones.
I practice what I call pneumatherapy (think self-hypnosis)--using the spirit to help heal the mind (psyche) and body (soma). Pneuma is the
Greek for air, wind, breath. It is a metaphor for spirit. From it we get
our word pneumatic. Many people fear the idea of hypnosis. For them it
has too much of the hocus pocus and magic about it. Pneumatherapy, in my
experience, gets around this problem
Comment by Richard Nongard - NLPBoard.com on January 1, 2011 at 10:59pm Richard I will send you my Anger Management using hypnosis DVD if you want to brush up. It has both a 60 minute lecture on Anger Management from a psychological perspective, then a session or two of hypnosis...
PM your snail mail, and I will send it to you.
Also with heart issues- he might enjoy the mp3 Dave Parke made for me when I was in the hospital. It is posted in the "MP3 Download" group here on hypnothoughts....
