There is a price we pay to have the best in all areas of life. Here is the my P.R.I.C.E.™ of successful marketing strategies.

•Patience: Marketing Takes Patience. There is a time element required for all marketing campaigns to reach peak efficiency. All sales and marketing require some effort and time. Every successful venture does.
•Recognition: You must recognize the incredible opportunities available when you blend cutting-edge technology with traditional marketing methods. Perspective is everything. Sometimes looking at something from a different point of view will provide you with the insight needed to solve a problem in a new way.
•Investment: Not in me, or anyone else, but in yourself. Every endeavor that produces a profit requires some degree of investment, be it time, money, or resource. Be ready to provide the investment your project needs to succeed.
•Commitment: You must make a commitment to your project. You need to believe that it can be done and stay with that belief.
•Enthusiasm: Put your plan into action and implement with genuine enthusiasm. Look for ways that you can interlace cutting-edge strategies, new technology, creativity, and savvy street smarts to innovate your sales and marketing.

Yes, I see that it picks up copied blocks of text. Isolated usage that occurs, however, is not there because this search engine technique works on the premise that significant blocks of text are copied, so single trademarked items like: P.R.I.C.E. used in a random sentence, like this one, are not highlighted!

Don, regarding that service conducted by CopyScape, it would be interesting to see a website that had content that was duplicated. I think the idea has merit, and perhaps more if you have already registered a trademark. Yet, it appears to be only helpful if a significant amount of text is copied. Now, ten characters is hardly significant. Using this service, have you ever found any infringements on your work or others?

Good Question Doc... Before the advent of CopyScape and when I was traveling and speaking Internationally much of my seminar material was being plagiarized... so in defense during the 80's and 90's I would place the copyright and trade mark symbols in hopes that it would discourage others from using my material... Now with the Internet so pervasive I am able to protect my material. (well to some degree) You may want to check out how I now protect the P.R.I.C.E

Great conceptualization, Don. Your acronym is powerful. I also noticed the ™ symbol. Before reading this post, I never knew that trademark existed in association with P.R.I.C.E. Now I am curious to know how having the trademark benefitted you. Please explain. Thank you.
