THE REWIND technique
Hi everyone.
Does anyone out there have a layout/text that describes the REWIND TECHNIQUE, which I believe is really an NLP process, but for our intents and purposes is basically Hypnotherapy.
It's used mainly with PTSD and other traumatic memories.
I'd be grateful.

Hi, is this the same as the phobia cure (or at least one version of it) when the images are played backwards. The desired effect seems to be to de-senstise the person to the trauma.
If it is you'll find a good layout at www.nlpuniversitypress.com under P phobia.
