Mark: I have read the posts here, as well as having read your "You Have The Wrong Idea" posting ... and I do believe you have the wrong idea. I cannot comment to that posting as you have restricted the ability to comment.

I strongly believe you will find the comments and suggestions from others on this site to be very positive ... that is if you are looking for positive critism and suggestion. If you look for negative in comments, then you will certainly find what you are looking for. Suggestions here come from the heart ... meaning those posting their comments truly want to make you a better hypnotist ... granted their are some egos that seem to surface from time to time along with the comments; but I have to wonder what you could take away from the suggestions and comments if you were to look past the person making the comment, and focus more on the positive intent behind the comment.

You will find what you are looking for, depending on where you look inside the message. Just food for thought.

Mind control is used to overpower and manipulate others. Hypnosis is best used for therapeutic purposes.

Footnote: A common spelling error that I'd like to address is the word "there" is spelled "their" when referring to ownership, i.e. their names or their books.

Do your self a big favor mark and get some good training. You seem interested in being good at hypnosis but you don't seem ready to learn the fundamentals. A mentor would be a great thing for you.
I'm not trying to discourage you here. Actually, I'm really hoping you will read this and realize this community is full of very experienced pros that can help you get to where you want to be.

Id strongly recommend That you examine your goals and motives for learning hypnosis. Knowing this will help you find the guidance you need to take the next step.

Learn from the feedback. Listen to the people who aren't trying to sell you anything. Don't believe the marketing websites that promise power and influence over others.

First thing first hypnosis is something you do with someone...its a mutual experience. Its not something you do to someone. If you are looking for power you should think about getting into politricks or robbing a bank. That will give you some power (albeit some false power). Also the only target you should have in hypnosis is your goal/outcome for you and the other person. You know whats funny, is that your name also reminds me of a mark that is a victim, as in a victim of a scam.
