Doc Mac NOTE - This series of MP3 that Seth has put together called “ Glide Through Surgery " for your (a) Pre op – (b) during surgery - & (c) post op in the recovery room are truly fantastic - I used them going through my “total knee revision “ and they put me in such a positive place, I would never go to surgery again without them and I would never have a patient of mine NOT use them – they are truly “ FANTASTIC “ to use - Get yourself a set – they are worth it –

I'm sorry to hear that you have been waiting since Christmas to have surgery, perhaps like building a yacht it will be all plain sailing now your foot is in recovery. With all of our healing thoughts headed your way, I feel a quick recovery will continue now.

The surgeon evidently had his work cut out for him. Bone pieces were like"mush".
He was pleased with minimal swelling for 1 week post-op.
Non weight bearing for at least another 3 weeks.
