This sentence jumped out of my brain when I read Jonathan Chase's blog "Covert and Conversational Hypnosis".

"Using no way as the way" might be known to the western world as one of Bruce Lee's famous remarks.

Actually Bruce was not only a Martial Artist but also a fan of Chinese philosophy.Many of his wisdom originated from the Chinese Tao and Zen.


Jonathan Chase said "At the end of the day this is hypnosis".

Yes,and at the end of the day all techniques point at philosophy.

Never be a hypnotic bookworm.


There is a Buddhist simile which can be helpful:
The doctrine is like a finger pointing at the moon, and one must take care not to mistake the finger for the moon.
