Hi Jackie,

   I quite agree, I hope there is some way he could know how much his art has touched (and is touched still in ways he may have never imagined) people still today. 

I wonder if he were born today if he would be recognized for what he truly was and what his art is.

Hi Kelley,

   Yes, my flute teacher had that very picture (well, a print of course ;) ) in her apt and it was such a beautiful beautiful piece of art. The use of it as a flowing moving touch sensitive responsive piece is sheer brilliance.

Kelley, I was thinking that exact thing.  He would have been amazed, especially considering his unpopularity in his day.  Thank you, Lisa, for posting this. It is a lovely mental image as I drift to sleep.
