Thanks for your input. I have been involved in the whole mind/body/nutritional, etc for over 30 years studying with the best including Bruce Lipton, as this is my profession..

Its probably best not to judgment a book by its cover without knowing or understanding the whole story of that person.. As I mentioned in my post, this works for me with my claustrophobia and history, and yes, I do have self hypnosis tapes for this situation. I do follow all of the alternative including Dr. Mercola for an example. This is my story.

The medication is used for one incident for a particular procedure I needed, not on a regular basis.
