Aloha Steve! I have also read about Cheyenne pepper - but usually the plaque build up can be avoided with the right foods. t's really sad that cases of diabetes here in the US are forecast to double by 2034 - most of it avoidable.

Thanks for this video Roger.

From what I've found on this subject, added with the issue of large amount of plaque on the walls of the blood vessels. So due to the plaque the blood cannot readily oxygenate all the tissues, and of coarse this applies to the brain as well .

The point that I would like to make here is that I believe that this is what causes dementia , and from what I've studied in the field of nutrition , is that if a person who has a high cholesterol count , and who has plaque build up, they should be taking large amounts of cheyyene pepper .Whether by prepairing it in there food or by taking capsules , the heat of the chemical properties within the pepper , in what ever form causes the break down of the plaques , so the person in question can have a more optimum cardiovascular system.

From what I am looking into in the area of Diabetes in the U.S., it is growing at an extreme rate that is now getting nearly enough attention. So I am happy to see what you have put forward here , and I that you for all of your hard work.
~ Aloha
