Although the sound is rubbish he is trying to get her to forget her name but she isn't going there because with the suggestion being so indirect she doesn't know what to do.

Next he suggested her head goes from side to side but she nods and he says "that's right" when it obviously isn't. She thinks she bis doing it right but she isn[t so he has to get her following his head. So she follows because for the first time in this series of videos she has a suggestion her subconscious can easily process.

It's almost like he isn't quite sure what he's doing. The question "Are you awake" gets the response yes because she is. What does this guy think hypnosis is?
