thanks Richard.

 

Watching and approving this video,  was a nice way for me to start my  Sunday morning.

I used to do a regular mindfulness of breathing practice, 40 minutes every morning before doing anything else.

I kept it up for some years, and it made a massive difference, in all areas of my life.
