Comment by Marc Carlin on April 7, 2011 at 4:34am I found this thief using one of my videos and I flagged it as a copyright infringement. Youtube then asks you to go to it's special page where you can fill out an online form claiming your copyright status. The first part of the page tells you that you must do this in writing, but further down the page there is an online option, which is quicker and easier for you to take care of immediately.
I just filled out the forms and a couple of days later my video was removed from this thief's channel. Here is what is found on the link to my stolen video now:

I advise anyone who has had their video stolen in this way to follow the youtube procedure and get their video back. This will eventually lead to this thief's whole channel being closed down.
