Warning- Must be willing to laugh at stupid things...

As you watch this video and find yourself laughing hysterically out loud, you may be wondering...

What the heck does this have to do with hypnosis and or NLP?

Well... very little- but there are a couple of things that do... and when you watch and listen closely- you'll hear at least one, including the fact that that the owner unintentionally gives a very specific suggestion/embedded command to Joby just before he "obeys" that command. ;-)

Enjoy the laughs!

Great fun, just the best way to start the day.  My dog, Sally, is a red cattle dog and she doesnt get it, that she can only go once on a walk - I only take one "doggy bag" for the job!  But no - she sees it and thinks she'll go twice.  So I take 2 bags and .... doh! Cheers Adrienne

@ Kevin:  I think it was more of a visual squat ... or perhaps a visual squish ... in any event, I do believe he was relieving his anger and frustration ... there was that look of relief about him as he went back to being carefree and happy in the water

And I think this conversation has really gone down hill ... dog gone it.

@ Dennis... Yes, I do think there was quite the parts conflict there. Now all the owner needs to do is have an intervention with his dog to discover the highest intention of both parts, have them negotiate and work things out so that both "parts" can join together as one and be integrated back into the dog. In NLP, that's called a "Visual Squash"...

Wait a minute... I think maybe that's what the dog was doing! Doing his own parts work via- Visual Squash! ;-)

Ah... we're never too old for poop humor, are we?

I think it is an excellent demonstration of "parts" therapy.

A happy and playful part of the dog wanted to play and have fun ... but that stubborn part told his owner what he thought of the whole idea of doing what he is told  :)

You're welcome gentleman. I've been away teaching for a couple of weeks and notice it's gotten a little too "serious" around here lately, so I figured everyone could use a good laugh!
