Hi everyone,
I'm trying to work on some insecurities and responses to certain situation with crowds, using self-hypnosis...
So I'm sitting in a comfortable place, not falling asleep anymore (that was my previous sticking point :D). I relax and do the induction in my own head, talking to myself with my thoughts...
I do feel a deep relaxation, my body relaxes and all, until I hardly feel it. But the suggestions I say to myself simply don't work ... I'm still afraid (I believe that at the same level of fear as before) of the same situations with crowds.
When I see stage hypnotists, it seems that their suggestions are far more powerfull and immediate then mine...
What am I doing wrong?!? I did those session like 12 times…
