I have been very successful with phone sessions. I have used skype as well as my regular phone. I have free long distance calling so it does not cost to make the call. I have also used yahoo instant messenger (voice chat) for this purpose.

I have also found that I prefer my client to use a head set. They can get one for their pc, if they have a comfy chair, or put one on their cordless phone. Most cordless phones come with a headset jack.

I use the finger spreading method and have them say "yes" every time they feel the suggestions.

Works like a charm~

Hi Scott;

Yes I work on the phone and also over the internet with a headset and mic. I have had excellent results. The secret is increase your listening skills, and do not be afraid to tell your client to say yes in acknowledgment of changes in the body during the induction. If you write to me I will be happy to go into a lot of detail, but here in the forum I try to keep my answers short.

Hi Scott, I do lots of phone sessions. I listen very carefully to voice changes and activity. I certainly prefer to work face to face yet with the world wide web duty calls. I use my phone and skype. I get results over the phone as I do in person. Being highly intuitive is a plus. Inductions -- I weave them into conversation so it is not a formal - "OK, it's time ..."

I do phone sessions depending on what the problem is I mix NLP and progressive relaxation. I first ask if they have a speaker phone or what hand thier phone is in then give the suggestion the phone will stay there until you are done. it has worked well for me. I also charge a1.99 per min while on the phone. I don't Know if that answers your questions or not, but it works for me

I agree Skype is AWESOME, love it. The first time I used it I was chatting w/ a friend from London!!! I've never heard an english accent before so that was cool. I've also chatted w/ one from Germany, Tiwian, and Australia so that was cool

I love Skype and it is only $3.00 a month now which is much cheaper than Vonage and all the other services.
For video I like to use Oovoo. It is new and it is really nice. It is like Skype, but with better video and video features.
