self hypnosis

heres something quite curious on the forum we discuss different techniques when it comes to 'hetero-hypnosis' (hypnotising others) but ive found not a lot of people discuss self/auto-hypnosis i think that there should be an area in which self hypnosis is discussed like different induction methods and suggestions, and benefits and disadvantages as compared to 'hetero-hypnosis'. dont worry we arent just guilty of it a lot of the material ive read doesnt cover it much either,
