About Me:: My name is Christopher, but you can call me Chris. I am 20 yrs old, I am a biology major, math and music minor working towards becoming a Chiropractor. Part time I am a personal fitness trainer. I love to learn and I love to push myself both mentally and physically. I'm also somewhat spiritual and enjoy meditating to unwind. I'm also a musician (hence the music minor) and play guitar, bass, drums, and piano. I enjoy life and every little thing that happens in it. I study hypnosis and love every second of it. I am up for learning any and every style of hypnosis, but have thus far learned techniques in conversational, ericksonian, impromptu, speed trance(John Cerbone and Richard Nongard), and NLP. Feel free to ask any questions or discuss hypnosis, spirituality, music, or any thing you feel like discussing!

Hobbies:: I love to play music, study hypnosis, practice hypnosis, making other people laugh, help other people whether it's relax through hypnosis or help them lose weight or some other fitness goal. I love talking about hypnosis and sharing ideas and techniques.

Ideas for Being Consistent with New Year's Resolutions

Does anyone have their own way of how they Stick to their New Year's Resolutions? This year I started BEFORE New Year's Day, and I think it's going to help a lot in achieving goals faster while helping you stick to it. Also sets the stage for not getting too out of hand on New year's Eve :-)

At 9:13am on December 21, 2008, Justin Tranz said…: I officially opened Thursday December 18th. I had your stereotypical New York skeptic & cynic crowd. The average hypnotist would have shit his pants.

I was suppose to perform in a larger room with a larger stage, but had to perform in a smaller room with a stage about 7'X5'. Everything that could have gone wrong technically did, and a new sound tech that missed every cue. No one wanted to volunteer. I worked with five people who were beyond resistant, with all the negative energy in the room, worked four of them into a somnambulistic state, and all went very well.

There was a guy that ask if he could video tape the show. I am glad I allowed him because I wasn't prepare too. This show is a classic in over coming a difficult audience. Look for the DVD it will be on sale soon.....LOL!
