About Me:: I have a full-time practice in an exciting Integrative Medicine practice, (see www.easternviewvt.com) in Burlington, Vermont. I love this work and the changes it makes in people's lives. As a single mom, I also love the flexibility it provides me. I've been a long-time student of personal growth and incorporate a lot of various tools in my practice, including 5PATH, EFT, Shamanic Healing, essential oils, and PSYCH-K. As a doula and childbirth educator, I used hypnosis with women in labor for 10 years before opening a private practice.

Hobbies:: When I have a minute, I am outdoors: kayaking, swimming in Lake Champlain (unless it's frozen over) hiking, or cross-country skiing. I also try to keep up my meditation, and yoga when I'm not herding children around!
