Hi,

I would love it if you would join our Case Conference/Discussions group.
Perhaps you could suggest a case for discussion.

I'm not certain if I should put my question here or in the forum but here it is: As I finish my website I am researching on line merchant vehicles besides paypal.
Can anyone share some of their experiences good or bad? In addition - there is a company that will give me a hand held that goes directly into my bank. The monthly cost is a bit higher, but I think I am better protected. Any comments, suggestions? etc? I've been a cash business up until now. Thanks!

Hi Carol Ann,

Okay, so first off, Fredericktown is in Knox County about 70 minutes north of Columbus. We have 3 traffic lights in town. People are freaking out when there are 5 cars. Those 5 cars are referred to as "rush hour." But we live on a farm outside of town.

Secondly, I would recommend that you do something simple for your sleep patterns. Let's see if this changes something for you.

Imagine that your unpredictable sleep pattern is a "thing" that has a shape to it. Close your eyes a minute, no wait, you won't be able to read this if you do. Read this first, THEN close your eyes and do the exercise.

So, imagine that your unpredictable sleep pattern is a "thing" in your mind you can actually manipulate. Notice where you feel it in your body. When you notice where you feel it in your body, imagine it has a spin to it. Then, once you identify which way it's spinning, move it out of your body by about 6 inches and reverse the spin on it. After you reverse the spin on it, put it back into your body. Notice that something has changed. It's something very pleasant and meaninful to you.

After you have changed it in a pleasant, meaningful way to you, then think of something very funny and laugh out loud. Throw that laughter into the spin. Notice that something again changes that's pleasant and meaningful for you. After you've added laughter, then add in a loving memory and feel that loving feeling. Notice that you've again improved the "unpredictable sleep cycle" thing in a pleasant, meaningful way to you.

After that, then try to get the "unpredictable sleep cycle thing" to go back to it's original form. Try as hard as you might, it's impossible. Notice that after doing this exercise your sleep cycle will improve.

For further information on the Reverse Spin, I recommend you contact Melissa Tiers. She's who I learned this from.

Let me know what happens for you.

Oops, on that last post, I meant a night owl circadian rhythm.

Hi Carol Ann,

So, if your body is on a lark circadian rhythm, do you prefer to work a night shift? Are you a night shift oriented hypnotist? If so, you could target shiftworkers perhaps or firefighters or people on shifts for sleep. Tell us with whom you share hypnosis as far as shiftworkers.
