- Janeska has an extensive background in both education and experience. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska from Lincoln, Nebraska, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and Secondary Education. She returned to school in 1999 to get an Associate Degree in Electronic Imaging and Graphics, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and automatically became a member of Phi Theta Kappa, an honorary academic society, for her academic achievements. In 2005, Janeska received Certification as a Hypnotherapist from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, CA. She completed her Hypnotherapy Residency at the Hypnosis Clinic from June 2006 – November 2006.
Janeska has had an illustrious career throughout her life.
For fifteen years, Janeska was publisher and sole owner of Klassic Advertising and Publishing in Los Angeles, CA. She started a national ‘fine arts’ publication, where she promoted individuals in drama, art, music and modeling careers. Klassic evolved into a design, advertising, typesetting and layout company for various businesses that contracted her services through offset printers. Hundreds of books, and other printed materials, were designed, typeset and produced under the Klassic umbrella.
At its inception, Essence magazine, an international woman’s publication, opened a west coast division of its magazine. As assistant to the editor, Janeska was responsible for setting up photographic layouts and pre-production articles for celebrity entertainers and musicians. She was also responsible for proofreading, editing and meeting stringent production schedules.
She was also a newswriter for KABC, one of the number one talk radio shows in the Southern California area. During this time, Janeska wrote original newscopy for on-air personalities and re-wrote copy for the Associated Press and United Press International.
Janeska has completed a variety of projects and promotions, making her well-versed and well-rounded in many areas. She spent many years promoting and booking ‘musicians’, and putting on promotional events and concerts. Her passion lies in ‘helping others’ (and writing about it) through natural and alternative therapies. She extended her education by doing extensive research in preventative nutrition and holistic healing (whole body healing) with holistic doctors and other herbal and holistic practitioners. She has recently turned all her efforts to writing subjects on ‘original health techniques’, combined with her hypnotherapy practice. Janeska has also taught Gourmet Vegetarian Cooking Classes at Metropolitan Community college in Nebraska and done seminars on ‘Eliminating Stress’ and ‘Holistic Healing’ for groups and organizations. Her first Ebook “What You Don’t Know About Constipation Will Make You Sick” is being sold on her website www.foodsthatcauseconstipation.com. Her writing has extended into an international Blog on her website, along with a Free Column, called Healthy Notes 4U that she sends out to a database of people…including family, friends, and business associates. She’s open and available for group seminars and home ‘Life Therapy Parties’; a term she phrased and uses for groups who want personalized seminars and workshops at their home. When asked what she does, she simply says, “Life is About Empowering the Whole Person through Mind, Body & Spirit”. It’s also Self-Discovery & Self-Improvement for A Stressed-Out Universe.
Her current projects include more, upcoming Books, Ebooks and DVD’s on whole body healing. In 2007, she upgraded Klassic to Klassic Entertainment Corporation, where she is helping several professional musicians create new and innovative marketing in the entertainment arena.

Janeska’s personal mission statement is to continuously pursue the most current knowledge and information in the healing arts, which highlights traditional methodology and natural healing through ‘food choices’, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness. As a hypnotherapist and writer, Janeska plans to further educate and inform the masses regarding ‘Original Healing Techniques’, and to allow people to realize that help can be a simple, natural process that is non-invasive and extremely effective in our contemporary world.

Yeah I'm a stage hypnotist but right now I'm putting in on hold for a few months, well just after October.
