I certainly got some first hand experience in cross cultural HR practices during my time in India as you can imagine but now I am not active in it but I trust the learning from it remains with me!

However, in the course of my duties as Chairman of an International Management Consulting Company I had the privilge of visiting in various other parts of India over the years. I have some very fond memories of my experiences there.
At that stage of my life Hypnosis was a subject of great interest practical usefulness for me. This of course was prior to me setting up a full time practice here in Montreal.
