My methods range from the relatively traditional (DS, Regression & Re-imprinting, Parts, Forgiveness, etc) to the more specialized (NLP/DHE in a variety of applications, Meta-states, TT, Ericksonian model, Kappasian Model, UltraHeight & other Gerald Kein's work, EFT/TFT, Kandiba's SK and so on) and the unconventional (PLRs, hypnosis-assisted Yoga, Huna, Qui-Gong, Reiki, D.E.I.R, Bronnikov Method and other esoteric stuff) in multiple combinations and permutations as well as methods and techniques I personally developed ("standing on the shoulders of giants" as it were, of course). Always eager to expand and deepen my knowledge, I'll use anything that helps my clients reach their desired outcomes.

Having been influenced by many schools of thought in the field of hypnosis and changework over the years, my in-person mentors, helpful peers and the authors of my materials of choice are too many to list. My gratitude and deepest appreciation goes out to all of them, as well as of course my clients as most profound knowledge and understanding comes from practice.

I'm also my own best guinea pig when it comes to works of the mind, and recommend such approach to everyone. Being on the client side of it is a key aspect in understanding - one that many professionals seem to like to skip - while, in my experience, the best way to know how a certain method or technique would go over in therapy is to try it on yourself, either using auto-hypnosis or with the help of a local partner or group.
