Thanks for sharing your NLP/Hypnosis techniques.
Tying in on another level, I had my first experience with an open eye hypnotic trance last June. A client achieved deep trance with her eyes wide open. I was doing a standard Elman induction and I noticed she kept staring at me. Initially, I was a little freaked out wondering why she was looking at me, then I realized that she wasn't seeing anything at all. Her pupils were dialated and her physiology indicated a nice little trance going on. I tested with some visual movement in front of her face and she didn't respond at all. It was amazing to see and it reminded me to flex my assumptions about what "trance" is and how it manifests. From that experience, I've learned to observe eye dialation, lid placement, and blinking patterns as indicators of trance when using open eye techniques.
I'm new at this site and wanted to say Hi. I use NLP in my hypnosis as I would guess everyone does. Good Luck on your new group. Don
thanks. Now all we have to do is get them here and we will be set.
