To touch a life...

All too often I find hypnotists who lose sight of the thing that is most wonderful about what we do. I became a hypnotist because it was a way to really make the lives of the people I work with better. I can touch someone's life in a way that makes a difference for them, and for those in their life. That gentleman who was spending nearly $5 a day on cigarettes, while getting slower and slower all the time because he didn't breathe as well as he used to. Hi Jeffrey,

I don't know why, but this site wouldn't let me respond to your question about NLP.

As you know, the term "Rapport" is used quite a bit in the profession and for best results I know it is required. You stated rapport doesn't seem too important... It's my experience in situations like you described, even if it's people overhearing you, that if you notice something happening that you expected to see, you've do have rapport. Rapport is just a level of connectedness a person has with another. If the connection is there, a person responds.
