HypnoThoughts Blog/HTLIVE Conference/HypnoThoughts LIVE 2026 Q&A Replay

Key Points:

  • (00:00) Book your room before the 10-day block deadline expires: The hotel room rate negotiated by the conference team is the best available — other sites may appear cheaper but consistently produce worse outcomes for attendees who try them.
  • (02:57) Download the Whova app before you arrive — it runs everything: Room changes, schedule updates, presenter announcements, and real-time communication all happen first in Whova. Getting comfortable with it before the conference removes confusion on arrival day.
  • (05:23) Log into Whova using the exact email address you registered with: The system automatically creates your account using the email tied to your ticket purchase. Using a different email triggers confusion that looks like a technical error but is simply a mismatch.
  • (08:36) Plan for extreme heat — five minutes outside in July Las Vegas is four minutes too long: Pack a hat with maximum coverage, consider a personal umbrella, and use the hotel-connected monorail instead of walking between venues. It is air-conditioned, runs constantly, and terminates at your hotel.
  • (14:40) Arrive Thursday to register early and skip Friday morning lines: Early check-in through pre-conference access means your name badge is ready before the main conference begins — and your badge is what unlocks restaurant discounts negotiated for attendees.
  • (19:19) Leave any class that is not working for you without guilt: Presenters expect it, are not offended by it, and actively encourage attendees to find the room where the content serves them best. Staying out of obligation helps no one.
  • (22:39) The breakfast and first-timer presenter window are deliberately connected: Scheduled so that established presenters sit with new attendees over food, then attend first-timer sessions — this creates the practitioner-to-practitioner networking that defines the culture of the conference.
  • (36:11) Post-conference workshops can be booked during the conference itself: Registration stays open throughout the weekend, so meeting a presenter during a class and deciding on the spot to attend their deeper workshop the following day is a fully supported option.

Stephanie Skiba

Thanks, everyone who are joining me today for this. I am here for you. So I have a rough outline of what I want to do, but obviously you can ask me any questions that you want because I want to make sure that you are as comfortable as you can be, Especially most of you, I think, are first timers. So. So if you are a presenter, though, I'm going to have another office hour for you next in the next coming week. So if you could hold, like, presenter questions until that meeting, that would be really helpful, just so we can streamline this today. So we are so happy that you all are coming this year. It's been a tough year for a lot of people and your participation is what keeps us going on a daily basis, sometimes hourly.

00:59

Stephanie Skiba

So we are so thankful and grateful that you are coming this year and you're joining us. Let's see. Should I just start? Do you think I should just start and do my thing? Okay, so for first timers, I wanted to start with booking your room. So. So right now There are only 10 days left in our room block. So if you're wanting to stay with us, we've negotiated the best room rate and they've actually lowered the resort fee and that automatically happened. So if you booked early. They did. I found a promotion that they did that was lower than ours, which went against our contract. So I called them on it and they reduced that automatically. So that was a win for us.

01:53

Stephanie Skiba

So again, you might see things on other sites that have cheaper room rates, but often we have had the people tell us who have done that they ended up not getting as good of a deal as what Scoti and I negotiated. So just keep that in mind. 10 Days left to booked your room. I also, in the chat, I put several resources, so there's a whole page of resources for you. There's a property map and there's a meeting room map. So that should help you get acquainted as well. The next thing that I wanted to talk about is download the Whova app. There's also a desktop version and I'll post the. I will. Oh, does anybody else hear reverb? Okay, Carrie, I think that's you. Sorry. Maybe put on headphones sometimes helps.

02:57

Stephanie Skiba

Anyway, so for the Whova app, everything is in there and we also have a messaging system within there that will help you get, you know, if we have a room change or a presenter change or announcement to make, that is where we go first during the conference to make those changes. All of the changes to the schedule happen automatically. So say somebody has to leave? Hopefully not, but something like that. If I updated in Whova, it will automatically. So please get acquainted and introduce yourself in whova. It's a great way for you to learn about the presenters. You can communicate with the presenters in there and you can also create your own schedule. So for a lot of people it can be very overwhelming, especially at first.

03:52

Stephanie Skiba

And it's helpful for you to go through the schedule, especially maybe go through it again a week before the conference and you can check to make that your own schedule. So there's a. I believe there's a heart. I should have looked before I came on here, but I believe it's a heart. So I will also be posting in the Facebook group a video. So there's one thing though that I did want to tell you about. I need to look at it to tell you how to do it though. If you open Whova, sometimes if you're me, you get really overwhelmed with all of the messages. So you'll open Whova and you'll see like right now in the community, down on the bottom, there's 53.

04:38

Stephanie Skiba

And maybe I look at them and you know, I see that a lot of them are just not really for me. If you hit, there's up in the upper right hand corner of the screen, there's three dots, there's a little hamburger. And if you mark, if you click that, a pop up will come up and you can mark all topics as read. And so that deletes all of them. If you're like me and like a cleaned out inbox, this is helpful for those of you with that issue. So any questions so far about registration? I mean, excuse me, booking your room or the Whova app?

05:20

Scott Sandland

Stephanie, can I say one thing about the Whova app real quick?

05:22

Stephanie Skiba

Yes.

05:23

Scott Sandland

That I hear you say constantly, so I'm going to get to say it for you. Which is the email address that you signed up for the conference is the email address that's automatically associated with your Whova account. We basically create a Whova account for you with the only email address we have, which is the one you gave us on purpose. And some people sign up for stuff with like a dedicated spam email address. We understand, we do it for stuff too. But then they try to use a different email address when they log into Whova and then they send us a message and they're all confused and they think they need a code and all of that is solved. If you just know which email address you use when you signed up for hypnothoughts and then everything is easy.

06:07

Stephanie Skiba

Yes. Thank you. So, Alita, how can I answer your question? So would that be the same email address that's on our hypnothoughts live 365? Not always. Okay. Always. So if you're having Trouble, email me stephanietlive.net and I can help you.

06:30

Speaker 3

Okay.

06:32

Stephanie Skiba

Sometimes it can be a different. It's whatever you either paid for your registration with, which would be with the 369. But sometimes it is. I will contact you directly and make sure I have the right email. Great. Then I can just check it out for you.

06:55

Speaker 3

Thanks.

06:56

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah, anybody can always. You can always contact me. I'll put that over here in the chat.

07:04

Scott Sandland

And while she's typing that Zuliish, there's a decent chance it's a good thing to check first, but it's not a necessary necessarily. But yeah, it's a reasonable first assumption.

07:16

Stephanie Skiba

Yes, absolutely. There's just always, you know, weirdness.

07:21

Speaker 3

Always.

07:22

Stephanie Skiba

Joe?

07:22

Speaker 4

Yes, Hi, by the way, thank you so much for doing this. Really appreciate it. In the resource page, is that a link for the hotel rooms or is that in another email?

07:34

Stephanie Skiba

No, in the resource page that's over. In the chat it will have the link to registration. It also has, let's see, it has a bunch of things in it. So let me see. Sorry, I just. So it has the registration link, it has a workshop link, it has Sahara booking link, it has something about Scout from last year, Whova, and then a couple other things that I'm kind of going to talk about later on in the. It has a couple. The nearest grocery store and some other things. So. And I also posted it in the Facebook group, so I'll probably plaster it all over. So everybody has the resources that they need. Okay, so the next thing I wanted to talk about is what to bring. So starting at home, what you're packing.

08:36

Stephanie Skiba

And so for those of you who don't live in extreme heat, Arizona and Las Vegas are very different because it is a dry heat and you'll understand once you get there. So instead of like the makeup dripping off your face, you get slammed in the face with heat. So there's a difference. So one of the things that is good about booking at the hotel, we've got a lot of activities going on. And if you, I always say this, if you walk, are planning to walk five minutes outside in July in Las Vegas, that's four minutes too far. It's just very, very hot. So we also have the monorail that they have. And I'm working with someone right now to get a discount for our attendees. We've gotten them in the past. So the monorail is more helpful than people understand.

09:34

Stephanie Skiba

They people don't use it.

09:37

Scott Sandland

This is so slept on the terminal. Sorry for interrupting seminary. I'm excited about the phone.

09:42

Stephanie Skiba

Sorry.

09:44

Scott Sandland

The station for the monorail is connected to the lobby of our hotel, which means you have like access to the entire strip and it's super convenient and the monorail runs all the time. So a lot of people, you know, they want to see Vegas and do Vegas and it is such a cost effective way to do it. And then we are the final stop on the monorail, the furthest north point. So if you want to get home at the end of the night, you get on the monorail and go north. And when it stops doing that, you're home. You did it. Which is just a really nice thing for Vegasing.

10:26

Stephanie Skiba

And it's also air conditioned, so there's that. But Scoti and I have both written it and it's very helpful and much more cost effective than like Uber and things like that. So one of the things you're going to want to pack though is a hat. So any, you know, sombrero, whatever type of thing that you. The most coverage you can get because it is really hot. There's also, you'll see people walking around with the umbrella hats. So it's basically an umbrella right here. But in an umbrella isn't a bad idea either. Somebody asked if I had any idea of what parking costs. So parking at the Sahara is free. So there you go. No problem. I hope that's a good answer for you. The next thing is, let's see, monorail. So registration. You do not have a ticket to the conference.

11:34

Stephanie Skiba

Basically, if you can get into whova, if you are in whova, you'll know that's all. That's how we check you in. So when you come in up the stairs. Excuse me, up the escalator. The conference center is all in one area. So we're not split, you know, in different parts of the hotel. So you come up the escalator and you run straight into myself and my team and we will ask your name. You will tell it to us, hopefully. Sometimes people have three or four. So if you tell us the name you registered under, that's the most helpful again. And you tell us your name. There's a barcode on your name tag. We scan it and you're in. You're done. So it's super easy. So don't feel like you have to print out your, you know, payment or anything like that.

12:24

Stephanie Skiba

And if there's a problem, I'm there and I can look things up super fast and easy. Joe?

12:31

Speaker 4

Yes. Hi. Am I okay? I'm under attending and it says just myself and Anna on attending is. Would that be.

12:42

Stephanie Skiba

Do you have two people registered?

12:44

Speaker 4

Yeah, one says Anna and I'm the other person under attending at. But I don't have two people registered. It says Anna Beal.

12:55

Stephanie Skiba

So if you could email me about that because that's something I'm going to have to just look at.

13:00

Speaker 4

Okay.

13:01

Stephanie Skiba

Did you buy a ticket from somebody?

13:05

Speaker 4

No.

13:05

Stephanie Skiba

Okay, just email me and we'll get that. We'll get that sorted.

13:11

Speaker 4

It's crisis to calm in minutes Happening for real time Emotion certified happening technique practitioner.

13:21

Speaker 3

Okay.

13:22

Scott Sandland

Yeah.

13:22

Stephanie Skiba

It just could be some sort of weirdness going on.

13:26

Scott Sandland

Yeah, that sounds like whoever was next to you alphabetically or something on our list when it was going into whova, two got merged. So we'll just split you out. So you guys are separate people. Because you are.

13:37

Speaker 4

Okay, thanks. And I'm sorry, what is your name? I see Hypno thoughts? I was, I came in.

13:42

Stephanie Skiba

Oh, my name is Stephanie. Stephanie.

13:43

Speaker 4

Hi, Stephanie. Thank you. Okay.

13:46

Stephanie Skiba

Okay. And so that's the easiest thing now if you are coming for a pre conference, I strongly recommend you check them out. We have some great ones. If you're coming for a pre conference and say it begins on Tuesday, I will be there on Monday. I'm going to be setting up and doing things but I'll put some office hours there so that you can check in early. And then once you check into your pre conference, you don't have to come back on Friday and recheck in. So basically whenever you get to the property, whether it's Monday or Wednesday, Thursday pre registering is great because it helps with the line. On Friday morning you're going to want to, you know, be in there. Also we did negotiate a couple bonuses at the restaurants. So you.

14:40

Stephanie Skiba

The sooner you can get your name badge, the sooner you can start participating in that because all you have to do is show your name badge for those. So. And then. So that's registration. The next thing is I want to talk about is the party. So on Thursday night we're going to have the pool party. So. So you'll want to be in Vegas in time for that. I always suggest that people arrive on Thursday morning so you can kind of get acclimated with the hotel. Walk around, get checked into your room and then you can join us for the pool party that evening. And this year it is going to be at the retro pool. The Sahara has three pools. One is not in service right now. It's in the Alexandra Tower and that tower is being remodeled so that pool is closed.

15:37

Stephanie Skiba

So there's the retro pool and the Azillo pool and those are the two pools. So Thursday night the pool people. Jelana, are people going to be able to get into the pool? They should be, yeah. Once they the pool is actually open to the public. So a lot of people, you know, it's one of the more popular pools in Vegas actually. So that is for the pool party on Thursday. On Friday we after our classes. So we start the day there's a self care room and it starts in the morning. The schedule is in Whova each we have self care one class in the morning and one in the evening. And it's kind of to set you up for the whole conference.

16:31

Stephanie Skiba

The Friday one and then the ones at night are calmer and kind of help you process what you've learned and kind of, you know, deregulate from the day's activities. It's a lot. It's Disneyland for hypnotists. So the Eve those are things that you're going to want to and these are free and we have different people teaching them each time. And then there's breakfast. So we serve breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday it's a buffet so you can come in and it's really good. So we got the good one. It has all sorts of really yummy treats. There's some gluten free items. There's some vegetarian options. So it should be last year we didn't have any problem with that. Heather. The self care room. You can read more about that on the Whova app.

17:27

Stephanie Skiba

So they are the schedules for the practitioners who are doing who are leading. Those are in the Whova app right now. So again we have Jordan Wolin. Back again we have Lily Maskow. We have Matt Dixon. John. I can never pronounce his last name. John L. And he'll help you out. Laura Nia Laurinayas. And then we have Randy Light. So they're all wonderful people that have given. Thank you Joel. And I'm glad you can't pronounce it. I've never heard it really out loud. So. So yes, absolutely. Check out those self care rooms. They're. They're just great. Oh and Michael Pappas. So he's super energetic and fun, so you'll like him a lot. And then after breakfast, you can go to any of the classes. I always get this question people ask if they need to pre register for the classes. The answer is no.

18:33

Stephanie Skiba

That is a logistical nightmare for me. And you just walk into the class that you want to go to. That being said, there are people that tend to have a following and you need to kind of plan for that. So a lot of times people will get there, you know, a little bit early or they'll attend the class before that. So that's really great. I'll follow up on this question about the food. It is included in your ticket and you just show up and it will be on the conference floor. So again, where you registered, there's kind of an L shape and everything is kind of down that hallway.

19:15

Speaker 3

Can I add something about the classes real fast?

19:17

Stephanie Skiba

Yes.

19:19

Speaker 3

I was going to say as a speaker. I'm Jolana, by the way. Hi, everybody. If you get to a class too and you. It's not your cup of tea. It's okay to leave and go to another class. Like, it's not going to hurt our feelings. It's all right. Don't just stay there because you feel guilty about leaving. It's perfectly all right to get up and go find another class and another topic that might be something that you relate to because maybe the class isn't something that you thought it was going to be about. Or again, it's just not your cup of tea. It's all right. Don't worry about hurting people's feelings. It happens to all of us. And it's fine because not everyone's going to want to come to my presentation and I'm okay with that.

20:03

Speaker 3

And if they're not okay with that, then they have other issues.

20:09

Speaker 4

Joe, the average attendees to these classes, where are we looking at? How many like chairs are there?

20:19

Stephanie Skiba

Honestly, it depends on the room. So some rooms have 100 chairs, some have 75. A couple rooms, they have the. It's set up as classroom style in the front, which means there are a couple tables for people to take notes with regular chairs just in the back. But the attendance in each room varies. So it just depends on, you know, who, who's leading the class or the topic and things like that. So, so, you know, some people, some can have five, some can be max out at 100. And we always, our first time presenters are all. We changed this last year so we didn't want them competing, you know, with a lot of the other presenters. And so our first time presenters are all at the same time every day.

21:15

Stephanie Skiba

So we really encourage, you know, all the attendees to visit one of those rooms and our presenters because we really want them to support the new presenters, the people that are new to our community. So we really encourage that.

21:34

Scott Sandland

Stephanie, can I interrupt again? Forgive me for continuing to do this. And it connects what you just said with the question Heather just asked about food. So I'm going to bridge those because I think it's kind of smooth. Unless that's going to screw up your order.

21:48

Stephanie Skiba

No, because I just realized that I did forget a section about it.

21:52

Scott Sandland

Okay, so yeah, Heather, we include breakfast and we schedule first timers. These are two things that we've been doing for a really long time. We've included food. It's been lunch or breakfast or whatever. But the idea is it's really important to us that our presenters pay it forward and it's really important that we create a culture of presenters that aren't at a higher echelon and inaccessible. We want a level playing field. We want everybody to be made out of humans. And so getting presenters to sit at a table with new people, getting people to network and like I've read all your stuff and now I get to sit with you at breakfast is the coolest experience that we want to make happen.

22:39

Scott Sandland

And at the same time we don't want you to then be a first time presenter and go up against that person two hours later and have the same speaker slot time. That sucks. And so putting a window where it's only the first time presenters and then telling the more established, experienced presenters, like you kind of owe it to the profession. Like, you know, like if you want to be a presenter, part of that is showing what being a presenter is. So go and be of service. It's a, you know, it's a 20 minute talk. It's a perfect space for you to just get a feel for what the new people are doing. And it's 20 minutes a day. And when you see the actual presenters doing that, it helps.

23:21

Scott Sandland

Like I said, it's that culture thing where other people will say, well, if the presenters are going, I'll go in with the presenter. And now all of a sudden that's helping fill those rooms. So we spend a lot of time thinking about how all these things really are connected and building relationships within this industry is a really important thing to us. So that's kind of, you'll see that as A through line through everything we do.

23:47

Stephanie Skiba

Yes, yes. And one thing just to go back, Heather, because you were talking about meals and planning. So the hotel has several restaurants and, you know, it's Vegas. Vegas has gotten increasingly more expensive food costs. You know, we all eat. So I'm sure in your community it's all gone up. So one thing that the Sahara does have is there is a refrigerator in every room. So you will have a refrigerator and it's empty. It's not stocked with liquor or snacks that you can buy. So it's empty. In the resource page, I do have a couple nearby grocery stores. You can also order, you know, groceries to be delivered to the hotel. So there's a lot of ways to kind of plan your meals.

24:33

Stephanie Skiba

There's a Trader Joe's a little bit farther away, but it's great to kind of, you know, purchase those salads or whatever you want for the day, the week if you're there for a long time, especially get some peanut butter and jelly and some bread. So all of that. So that's a good thing. The other thing is there are not coffee pots in the rooms on the Strip. There are very few hotels that have coffee pots anymore. So there's a Starbucks in the,.

25:06

Speaker 3

You.

25:06

Stephanie Skiba

Can get coffee at breakfast with us. There's also a Starbucks there that our staff and we frequent twice a day. So it's just the cost. But also there is in, I believe in the resource section, there's a link to a travel Keurig that's super. I just traveled for three weeks in Europe, in Dublin and all over with a little tiny Keurig. And it was great. Go get your oat milk or whatever you want from the grocery store and you can make your own coffee all day long. The other thing is there's a link to a collapsible tea kettle. So that's another thing that's really easy to pack. It's just, I love mine. I've had mine. I had a presenter give me one, I think back in 2016 and I use it all the time. So. But there are. Jason just put in the chat.

26:04

Stephanie Skiba

There's a lot of great restaurants nearby. But I always like to say what's at the hotel and what your options are because, you know, we get comments about it a lot. So, so there's that. Let's see. So back to the Friday. So you're going to go to the one of the self care class in the morning, then you're gonna go to breakfast Then you're gonna start your day with us and you can go to again, any class that you want. We have a 90 minute lunch and we did that again to give you actually some pool time that the pool does close early in Vegas. And some people were like, oh, I need more time. I don't get pool time.

26:53

Stephanie Skiba

So you can grab a sandwich upstairs in your room, go down to the pool, hang out, meet somebody, bring them to the pool or you can network. There's a lot of things that you can do during that extended time.

27:07

Speaker 4

Joe, we can go to any class.

27:12

Stephanie Skiba

Two hour class, one hour class, any class that you want over the weekend.

27:17

Speaker 4

Well, thank you, that's great.

27:18

Stephanie Skiba

Appreciate it. Yeah, we don't police that at all. So then Friday night there is the party. And theme this year for our party is Viva Las Vegas. So ironically being there so long, we have not had that as theme. So we thought this would be a great year to say hello to Vegas. And we do have a T shirt. You can pre order them. That's the best way because we only bring a couple to the conference. So I'll put a link in there or Scoti, if I don't know if you have the link, but we'll get the link. Wanda, the Thursday pre party, we don't have any of the extracurricular things in Whova. So the pool party, I can get it added though. We don't have the pool party or the Friday night party listed in Hoover. But, but I'll get that in.

28:25

Stephanie Skiba

But again, it's going to be fun. Everybody loves to dress up and you can keep it as simple or as ornate as you want. We're going to think there's probably going to be a couple of showgirls. I already have people. Johanna's got her sparkly outfit. Somebody else, Allie Irwin posted last week about her outfit. So it's a great way to meet people if you just want to jump in because people will come up to you and compliment your costume and then you can start talking to them. So we have one room up. The other thing that we have on the conference center is we have changed one of the rooms into what we call the family room. And the family room is kind of where people can go in during the day. It's where our raffle items are.

29:17

Stephanie Skiba

And also it's where people can go in during the day to just hang out, maybe network. Maybe there's somebody you know you want to talk to. For a while. So went to Ikea, we bought a bunch of furniture and you can go in there and hang out. And then right next to that room is where we have the breakfast in the morning and what was I going to say at night, on Friday night the family room stays the family room for people who want to have quiet and things like just want to talk and meet everybody. And then the other room is a disco so we have DJ that plays music and everybody just has a great time. I'm always amazed that we don't have a dedicated dance floor in there.

30:12

Stephanie Skiba

But it seems like whenever I walk in there just the whole room is just dancing. So it's just super fun. So plan on that. Then Saturday is kind of a repeat of Friday you have the self care breakfast classes and then at night it's a free night. So there's so many. Oh thanks Scoti for posting the shirt link. The. The we always think, you know, we're in Vegas. We as Scoti says we can't compete with the Blue Man Group or the Sphere or anything like that. So we want you to go out into the community and you know, check out some of those activities. There will be one thing that's at the conference and it's called the Hypno Dome.

31:03

Stephanie Skiba

And Richard Rumble is doing that at 7pm and I don't understand it but it's the third year that he's done so it can only be people love.

31:14

Scott Sandland

It and he has to keep repeating it like it'll do a couple like a night because there's like a line and it's weird and it's like a mobile planetarium and he hypnotizes you and it breaks your brain and everyone's.

31:28

Stephanie Skiba

Happy and he loves it. So that'll be at 7 o' clock upstairs on the conference center. So the other thing I wanted to talk about is our fantastic vendors. So the vendors are outside in the hallway of the conference center and they're just awesome. So we have people selling their trainings, we have singing bowls, we have all sorts of, you know, books. If you go see a presenter, most likely they have a table and you can go and you know, chat with them, find out what they're all about. It's, they're very friendly. So our vendors are fantastic. I think this year I think we're going to have TH30 vendors. So again it's really, you know, go check them out. They're super fun. Joe,.

32:28

Speaker 4

Sorry if this is a silly question but I'VE been really busy the past month. So do we get to buy a table or have a vendor table for first time presenters to. Is there a.

32:41

Stephanie Skiba

There's a link for. I can send you a link. So we do have. I think I posted in the Facebook group yesterday or maybe I have it scheduled to post today. We're 80% full right now. But there will be a link in that. So again, it's super fun and a lot of the. Oh, Heather. Yeah. Saturday is Richard Rumball at 7pm and it's called the Hypno Dome and it's a podcast portable planetarium thing. And it's about an hour. I think he does it for about an hour and a half. It's limited to, you know, certain people, but I'm not certain. Not certain people, but the number of people. Sorry, we're all inclusive here.

33:25

Scott Sandland

Anybody can come, but Heather is what you're saying?

33:27

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah, anybody. Anybody not named Jason Lynette can go. So that's that. See, I kind of lost my place. Hypnodome. Oh, the vendors. So also we do have a raffle every day and these are extremely popular. And you don't have to be a presenter to offer something for the raffles, which a lot of people like. We have a whole team that puts them together, puts them out on a table. So if you are someone that's attending the conference and want to donate a book or say you have an online class or something that you want to donate to us, we'd love to put it in a basket for you. But our attendees love the raffles. We always have fantastic. Joe and Rich put in huge items into their basket. And over the years we've had lots of things put in.

34:32

Stephanie Skiba

So, you know, participate in the raffles. Whether you want to donate something or you want to win something, it's a super fun time.

34:42

Scott Sandland

We get like a hundred or two hundred thousand dollars worth of stuff donated into the raffle. Like it's real valuable training stuff, mentorship stuff. Like there's, there are people who are donating like a year long mentorship. Like there's really, really high value stuff. It's not, you know, a CD to help you lose weight. It's, it's the stuff you guys want. You know, it's like, it's for us, bias kind of stuff. So it's absolutely worth checking out.

35:13

Stephanie Skiba

And we do bundle them together. So. So sometimes, you know, if someone has a book, we won't just Put your, you know, the book out the thing. We'll, we'll bundle it together and maybe do a hypno library or something like that for people. So again, the raffles are super exciting. And let's see then on Saturday again, I mean Sunday is a repeat of the other two days. Great Self care breakfast and then a day of classes. We do keep the registrations for post conference open. So say you meet one of the post conference people during the conference and you're like, oh I really want to go to Joe's class or Bill's class or someone like that. And you can always sign up for that just by coming to us and we can get you hooked up.

36:11

Stephanie Skiba

So the, and interestingly enough, every year we have people that just extend their trip and not have a plan for what they're going to do post conference and they end up signing for a day or a two day or something like that. So it's really good. So don't feel like you've missed out on any of that. So that's. And we will have registration for 2027 and we have a big announcement. So we will have those registrations open to during the conference as well. So that's kind of all that I have from memory to talk about. So if anybody has any questions or something that I didn't answer. Oh, you know what? Also one thing to bring is a sweater or a jacket, something like that because the rooms get cold. We, it's very.

37:10

Stephanie Skiba

I worked in a five star five diamond hotel for about eight years and they could bend over backwards for the people that had events there and they still couldn't get the temperature right. So it's just really hard in a hotel, especially a conference center to get the temperature right. So I always say bring a sweater or something like that because as hot as it is outside, it's cold inside. So I live in Arizona and I wear a sweater or jacket more in the summer than I do in the winter.

37:43

Speaker 3

Could I add too that some of the classes have presentations or handouts that they put on the Wova app. So if you're attending a one of the specific classes during the weekend, you can download some information that they might already have in that Wova app and that's kind of handy to follow along with because there's not PowerPoint, which I think is fantastic because you actually really get so much more.

38:12

Stephanie Skiba

Right, right, that's true. But we're not, what we're going to do is we're going to put all of the handouts into a Google Drive, so.

38:21

Speaker 3

Awesome.

38:22

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah. So we're making it easier this year. Yeah, yeah. Instead of doing it just so you can just get that and print it out or do whatever you want, you know, you can follow along at the. But there is no AV because of the union, so.

38:40

Speaker 4

And there's no whiteboard.

38:42

Scott Sandland

They do. Yeah, there's a whiteboard, like a flip chart.

38:44

Stephanie Skiba

Flip chart.

38:45

Speaker 4

Oh, okay. Flip chart. And. And is there. Is it possible to post a video? Because I have a brainwave spike. No. Okay, so I can just do a picture of it then, Right?

38:59

Stephanie Skiba

Or I. If you can upload it into the drive, we can do that.

39:07

Speaker 4

So I just send a Google Drive back to you with this stuff? With the handout?

39:10

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah, I haven't set it up yet. So when I get that set up, it'll before the presenter meeting. When I get that set up, we'll have all that information.

39:21

Speaker 4

Okay, great.

39:22

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah. Heather, you live in Arizona. Where do you live?

39:27

Speaker 3

I'm in Gilbert, just below Mesa.

39:30

Stephanie Skiba

Okay, I know. I'm in Scottsdale.

39:32

Speaker 3

Ooh.

39:33

Stephanie Skiba

We go to. We go to the Hale Theater all the time.

39:35

Speaker 3

Oh my gosh. Us too.

39:37

Speaker 4

Love that.

39:38

Stephanie Skiba

That place has. I mean, the whole area is just blown up.

39:42

Speaker 3

We've been here 13 years and it was well on its way blown up, so. But it definitely has developed even more.

39:47

Stephanie Skiba

Since we've been here. Yeah, I've been here 30.

39:49

Speaker 3

So.

39:51

Stephanie Skiba

I'm gonna look for you. You come see me and so we can talk about all things Arizona when you're at the conference.

39:57

Speaker 3

Yes, I will. I love it here.

39:59

Stephanie Skiba

So does anybody else have any other questions? Jason?

40:04

Speaker 3

Yeah.

40:04

Speaker 4

So quick question for you is the handouts. So I need.

40:09

Stephanie Skiba

I have handouts.

40:10

Speaker 4

So should I get them to you ahead of time? Is that the plan or what?

40:14

Stephanie Skiba

So, so I'm going to have a presenter meeting in the next week and I will have information for the presenters on how to get their handouts and things to. To me at that time. Okay, so I'll answer that question. Don't worry about it right now.

40:28

Scott Sandland

Good.

40:28

Stephanie Skiba

I'll have that. You know, everything is one box away.

40:34

Scott Sandland

Yeah, but Jason, wait real quick. Jason, you cannot have handouts that are as high quality as your book cover because then everybody else's handouts will look like crap. So someone else has to do your handouts or you have to do them left handed or something because your production value is upsettingly good.

40:53

Stephanie Skiba

Thanks for the love, Scoti.

40:54

Scott Sandland

You bet, man.

40:58

Stephanie Skiba

So any other Questions. I kept it under an hour, so I did. And always. Oh, Joe, I'm sorry.

41:08

Speaker 4

One more question.

41:09

Stephanie Skiba

Don't apologize.

41:11

Speaker 4

When I filled out the form, I was, you know, doing like three things at the same time. Is there a way to A, to kind of look at what I posted as far as the description, and B, possibly just alter the talk from. From Alpha Synchronous to Alpha up hypnosis? Is that a possibility?

41:32

Stephanie Skiba

That's absolutely a possibility. So you should have received an email from me regarding that. And if you log into the Whova app, you will see what it looks like. You can also go to htlive.net and click under schedule. And that is exactly what's on the Whova app as well. So it's all in a couple different places.

41:56

Speaker 4

Thank you. And great. Thank you so much. Okay.

41:58

Stephanie Skiba

Yes, Amy. Oh, yeah. Just a quick question about the end of the weekend because I've got a late flight out on the Monday night, but I've got to be out of my room by 11, I think, so is there somewhere that I can keep my luggage? Yes, yes. So there is a bell desk and you can keep your luggage at the bell desk. Okay, brilliant. I've kept a lot of things there and never had a problem. They're wonderful. I love them. They help me out a lot. Is there a link to the Whova app? There is, There is. And again, you should have received. Might be in your spam, but I'll. I'll check after this and see. See what happened to yours. Okay, thanks.

42:54

Speaker 4

Yeah.

42:55

Stephanie Skiba

Yeah. Well, thank you all for joining me. And Scoti, I really appreciate your time. And I will post this because it has been recorded for anyone who couldn't come. And I'm. Again, I'm always happy to answer any questions. A lot of times it's helpful to have you posted in the Facebook group because most likely somebody else has the same question as you do. So anything else? I'll say goodbye.

43:23

Speaker 4

Thanks.

43:25

Stephanie Skiba

Bye, everyone. See you in Vegas. Bye. Bye.

43:28

Speaker 4

Thanks so much.
